Panelists for the webcast include Kate Hurley, DVM and Director of the UC Davis Koret Shelter Medicine Program, and Rich Avanzino, President of Maddie’s Fund, both of whom were interviewed for a New York Timesarticle about PETA’s opposition to No Kill programs, such as TNR.
