Friends of Felines on Hatteras Island

Friends of Felines Cape Hatteras Island are feral advocates on the Outer Banks:

Our mission is to end the overpopulation of feral cats on Hatteras Island with a trap, spay/neuter, vaccinate, micro-chip and return to safe habitat program (TNR) where caretakers will provide long-term care.

habitat 1We received pictures of habitats from one of the caretakers helped by FOFHI. The cats in the pictures are all spayed/neutered. The caretaker feeds over 50 cats every day; he treats them for fleas and provides other medical care as needed.

If you are in the Outer Banks and can assist FOFHI, please contact them: http://fofhi.org/Contact-us.html

Quarter Deck Kitties and Hansel-grettle 014If you’re interested in more information about the habitats, please email Daniel felixdesign@embarqmail.com.
